And in the blink of an eye, October is already half over.
We had a neighbor die in the beginning of the month and I still just feel so shocked and saddened by it. Life truly is so short.
And life goes on. These guys are growing up fast. August will be 4 at the end of the month, ðŸ˜

All summer spent growing these tiny beets, roasted them up, and meh. No one really likes beets except for me, so I probably won't grow them again next year.

Went on our annual book club girl's getaway! With Covid we just went to a friend's parents house in Bay City and had a sleepover in their basement, and one day shopping and eating in the city, so nice. And gorgeous weather.
Maybe someday we can go away for 2 nights, but most of us still have little ones so that's a ways away.
This boy's hair is getting so curly, I love it! I'm letting it grow to see what happens. This was the morning after a bath so it was super curly.
Little corkscrew curls!
Horsey ride
Look at that girl at the top, slow down time!!
