Salad and Backpacks

The other day we had the most delicious salad. Just a greek salad that I had been craving forever it seems! I tried this greek salad dressing recipe and it was delicious.



I can't wait to have this again with fresh tomatoes from my mom's garden, mmmm....

Also, the other day I received my new backpack!



I got a hiking backpack because the Hubbs and I have a upcoming trip to Peru planned. I'm super excited. We are going to hike to Machu Picchu. The hike takes 4 days, and you wake up the last day and see this gorgeous site, one of the 'new 7 wonders of the world.'

Can't wait till August!
